Solution Overview

The User and Organization Management System is used for internal user management, department management, grade settings, class management, and teaching research group management within schools or educational bureaus.
User Management: primarily manages user information, allowing the addition, editing, and deletion of user information (basic data, identity information, contact information, extended information, and user passwords). It also handles member management for various organizations and appoints member roles. When adding users, it is possible to select the user type (teacher, student, or parent).
Department Management: mainly involves the addition, editing, and deletion of department information, as well as the management of subordinate departments, department member management, and member role management.
Grade Settings: adds, edits, and deletes grade information. To ensure consistency with the standards of the Ministry of Education, all grade codes are built into the system, and adding a grade only requires selecting from the internal system.
